FEEDBACK FROM YOUR SHOWINGS
It is our job to get the feedback for you from the agents that show your property. They are sent several emails and we call them daily until we get the feedback or determine that we are not going to get a response on that particular showing. This is a total of 3 emails and 3 telephone calls.
As soon as any feedback is entered into Centralized Showing Service, our software that keeps the showing appointments, you will be notified. At the time that your property is entered into this system, you will receive an email giving you your user name and the password....User will be your email and the password is "gslowteam".
If we are unable to get feedback for a particular showing you will also be notified by email. Please be aware that this process sometimes takes several days, particularly if the showing takes place over a weekend.
